Welcome to VITALIS. By accessing, browsing, or using our websites, platform services, or vertical offerings across Health, Hospitality, and Horticulture (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

4. Vertical Services & Operations
VITALIS operates distinct vertical programs across Health, Hospitality, and Horticulture. Specific terms may apply to individual programs:
Health Vertical
Care management workflows provide decision support tools and do not constitute direct medical diagnostics.
Hospitality Vertical
Reservations, experiential space use, and site visits are subject to localized community guidelines and booking agreements.
Horticulture Vertical
Agritech pipelines and post-harvest advisory tools rely on environmental variables; specific yields are subject to nature.
5. Limitations of Liability & Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VITALIS provides all Services, content, and informational resources "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
In no event shall VITALIS, its directors, employees, or strategic partners be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to access our platform or services.
